Pollinators are essential to agriculture, biodiversity, and community well-being, yet their populations are deciding at alarming rates.  For cities and villages, protecting pollinators is not just an environmental issue, it's a cost-effective way to support local food systems, enhance green spaces, and improve public health.  This session will outline the low-cost strategies communities can adopt to increase sustainability and safeguard pollinator habitats, while also providing practical approaches for integrating pollinator lifecycle needs into municipal planning, landscaping, and development projects.  

This webinar is FREE to NYCOM members, although registration is required.  A recording of the webinar will be provided to registrants following completion of the webinar.
